AFK bot keeps disconnecting: causes and fixes

Start with the disconnect message. It's in the dashboard and the Activity Log, and it usually tells you what went wrong.

Auto-reconnect, anti-AFK and Tick end packet are all in Server Settings → Server Details.

Common causes#

The server restarted or froze. Everyone gets disconnected. With auto-reconnect on, your accounts rejoin once the server is back.

Kicked for being AFK. Turn on anti-AFK so the account looks active.

Kicked for movement. On 1.21.2+ servers, try switching Tick end packet.

Reconnecting too fast. Servers don't like lots of logins in a row. Increase the wait between tries in the account's connection details. If several accounts share one IP, give each its own proxy.

Proxy problems. If the account fails straight after connecting, test the proxy or try without it.

Wrong version. You'll be asked to pick another version. See choosing a version.

Sign-in problems. See Microsoft login fixes.

Frequently asked questions

No. The account keeps running on our servers.
