Is an AFK client safe and allowed?

There are two questions here: is it safe for your account, and is AFKing allowed on your server. They have different answers.

Is it safe for my account?#

There's nothing to download, so nothing runs on your PC. You sign in to Minecraft on Microsoft's own page, so your password is never typed into afkclient.pro. You can remove an account whenever you like. More on security and privacy.

Will I get banned?#

That depends on the server. afkclient.pro joins servers like a normal player, but some servers don't allow AFK accounts or automation. No AFK tool can promise you won't be banned on a server that forbids it.

How to check a server's rules#

  1. Read the server's rules page or use /rules.
  2. Look for AFK, macro, auto-clicker and automation.
  3. If it's unclear, ask staff in the server's Discord.
  4. Start small: one account, and watch it for a few minutes first.

Good habits#

  • Don't run commands too often. A sell command every second looks like a bot.
  • Use a proxy per account if a server limits how many accounts can join from one place. See proxies.
  • Switch on anti-AFK where a server kicks idle players. See anti-AFK and auto-reconnect.

Keep your account online while you are away

Start free: no download, no credit card. Add an account and connect in a couple of minutes.
