Java vs Bedrock accounts - what works
You can add three kinds of account to the same dashboard: Java, Bedrock and Offline (Cracked).
Java#
Signed in with Microsoft. Everything works on Java accounts.
Bedrock#
Signed in with Microsoft, for Bedrock or crossplay servers.
- You need your own proxy that supports UDP, for example from IPRoyal. The included, premium and dedicated proxies don't work with Bedrock yet. See Minecraft AFK proxies.
- The version is set for you.
- Chat, scheduled commands and your own macros work.
- Sell Axe, Auto Sell and the spawner automations are Java only.
Offline (Cracked)#
Just a username, no Microsoft sign-in, for servers that don't check accounts. Premium-only servers will turn these away, and the name isn't reserved to you.
Which should I use?#
- Your server only supports one edition: use that one.
- You want Sell Axe, Auto Sell or spawner tools: Java.
- You just need to stay online, chat or run commands: any of them.
